Moomin Homssu Backpack Hattifatteners

The Homssu backpack has a lovely black and white pattern that repeats the images of Hattifattener. Hattifatteners are white and almost harmless figures that resemble mainly the feet of a mushroom. The Hattifatteners live in the Moomin Valley, a fairytale world created by Tove Jansson. The Moomins don’t know much about the Hattifatteners, except that they move in herds and in thunderstorms, in which case their presence can be sensed as electricity in the air. Now the Hattifatteners are peeking around with their eyes wide. However, they don’t reveal anything in their faces: are they trying to surprise, delight, frighten, or engage in fun?
