We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. We use FedEx, DHL, GLS, and Finnish Post to ship our products.

The usual time for processing your order before shipping is 5 working days. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with the tracking number by e-mail.

Most shipping methods require a valid phone number where the carriers will send the notice of arrival. Before placing the order please make sure that your phone number and email address are correct.

Shipping to Finland

Shipping within Finland is by Postal Parcel or Home Parcel – normally 1-2 working days after shipping. For Postal Parcel, the parcel must be picked-up from your post office with the notice of arrival sent by SMS or the tracking number. The shipment is delivered against signature. The recipient must be prepared to verify their identity.

Shipping to Finland is free for orders over 100 Euro.

International Shipping

Shipping time outside Finland depends on the service chosen and it can be by FedEx Economy (3-6 business days), Fedex Priority (1-3 business days), DHL Express (1-3 business days), GLS, Deutsche Post, and Finnish Post.

Sometimes, we may need to change the delivery service. In this case we will inform you only if the new service is slower. For example for bulky products with large volume, some shipping services may be too expensive. Another instance is when the address is in a remote area for which FedEx and DHL charge extra. In this case we would ship with Deutsche Post, Finnish Post, or GLS.

Shipping to Germany, Denmark, and Sweden is free for orders over 250 Euro.

Transport Liability

  • For the transportation of the order to our customers, Finland Quality Design is fully responsible for any damage or loss.
  • For the transportation of a return, you are fully responsible for any damage or loss. We therefore strongly recommend the use of a trackable and insured shipping service. Please make sure the products are unused and in their original packaging.

If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to make a complaint to the shipping company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Please also contact our customer service, so that Finland Quality Design is able to file a claim with the shipping company. Hidden damages should be reported immediately after they are noticed.

Undelivered Package

If the carrier was unable to deliver the package to the recipient, or the package is not claimed, and the it is returned to us, Finland Quality Design has the right to charge the asdditional incurred costs.

Only returning the goods or not collecting them from the delivery point, without a separate notice of return, is not sufficient to withdraw from the purchase agreement. It is your responsibility to show that the notification of return has been made to Finland Quality Design.
